Summary:

A request was received from Lauren Diez for the LAHS choir students to work with a choral composer and perform at the Lincoln Center in New York City. The initial trip was approved at the Oct 21, 2019 Board meeting. Attached is the finalized Artist Travel Consultants invoice with confirmed dates of March 13-17, 2020. Students will miss 1 day of instruction and will make arrangements with their teachers prior to their trip. The trip is paid by the students and through fundraising. There may be a few small costs for miscellaneous expenses of up to $200 that are covered by ASB choir funds.
