Summary:
|
Education Code 52060-52062 requires that the Local Control & Accountability Plan (LCAP) be agendized for a Public Hearing at a Board meeting to provide the public an opportunity to comment on the LCAP and give input prior to the Board adopting the LCAP at a subsequent meeting, prior to June 30, 2021. The LCAP 1st reading was held at the May 20th, 2024 Board meeting, which began public comment.
