Summary:

Mountain View Los Altos High School District is requesting approval of the Memorandum of Understanding with the Mountain View Whisman School District for use of theater facilities during the summer of 2025. The purpose of this agreement is to outline the terms under which MVWSD will provide access to its theater spaces for MVLA rehearsals and graduation-related events.

Funding:

No cost for rental of the theater facilities. MVLA to reimburse MVWSD for all direct costs incurred, including but not limited to staffing, custodial support, utilities, and technical assistance as necessary.
