Mountain View Los Altos High School District is requesting approval
of contract modification between Mountain View Los Altos High School District and Quattrocchi Kwok Architects, Inc.:
- Interim adjustment. The architect design fee is based on a graduated fee schedule based on the construction cost. The original basis for the contract had a construction cost of $2,000,000 and that is now estimated to be $3,200,000, resulting in an increase of $84,000 in fee. The amendment also includes $9,680 for surveying and $4,070 for door hardware consulting services, both of which were not included in original scope of work and are considered Extra Services per the Owner Architect Agreement.
