Mountain View Los Altos High School District is requesting approval
of Contract Amendment #3 with Quattrocchi Kwok Architects, Inc.:
- The design fee is dependent upon the construction cost basis, per the Owner Architect Agreement. The current construction estimate has increased to $11,053,643.00 from $8,382,098 resulting in an increase to the design fee in the amount of $267,154.00. The amendment also includes $12,030.00 for additional AV conduit and wire-mold consulting services, which were not included in original scope of work and are considered Extra Services per the Owner Architect Agreement.
