Mountain View Los Altos High School District is requesting approval
of Contract Amendment #3 with Quattrocchi Kwok Architects, Inc (QKA): The design fee is dependent upon the construction cost basis, per the Owner Architect Agreement. The current construction estimate has increased to $5,099,965 from 3,344,000 resulting in an
increase to the design fee in the amount of $175,597. The amendment also includes $4,400 for title 24 energy work and $9,375 for mechanical consultant to address DSA comments on existing main and branch piping within the building, these services were not included in original scope of work and are considered Extra Services per the Owner Architect Agreement.
