Mountain View Los Altos High School District is requesting approval
of Contract Amendment #3 with Quattrocchi Kwok Architects, Inc.:
- Per contract, the Architectural services fee is based on a sliding fee scale percentage of the estimated construction budget. The current contracted construction basis is $30,492,000 and the final construction basis is $28,911,090, resulting in a decrease of ($110,664) in fee. Also, unused reimbursable expenses are credited back to the District, a savings of ($61,619), resulting in a total fee adjustment of ($172,283). Per QKAs proposal the fee decrease ($110,664) will be applied towards MVHS Expansion fee adjustment, resulting in a final fee adjustment of (- $61,619). |
