Mountain View Los Altos High School District is requesting approval
of Contract Amendment #3 with Quattrocchi Kwok Architects, Inc.:
- The design fee is dependent upon the construction cost basis, per the Owner Architect Agreement. The current construction contracts including general conditions and CM fees increased to $10,948,200.00 from $6,231,860.00 resulting in an increase to the design fee in the amount of $471,634.00. The amendment also includes $10,480.00 for additional AV conduit and wire-mold consulting services, which were not included in original scope of work and are considered Extra Services per the Owner Architect Agreement. |
