Mountain View Los Altos High School District is requesting Change Order #2D with Atlas Pellizzari Electric be ratified:
- Additional scope inclusions requested per District IT standards at the Los Altos Student Services project. These noted changes were discussed on a page turn meeting on Dec 2, 2021 and the following revisions were requested during the meeting:
• Item #1 – Provide Cat 6A cabling in lieu of Cat 6 for WAP locations. $10,522.00
• Item #2 – Change OFCI projector to OFCI LCD Display in Room U123. $1,042.00
• Item #3 - Remove pass thru plates and install AV device plates $1,506.00
• Item #4 – Provide backbone cabling to MDF in 700 Building. $15,861.00
• Item #5 – Provide (1) power/data poke thru device for Conf. Room 239. $4,558.00
• Item #6 – Provide (1) 25 pair copper backbone from Elevator to IDF. $5,465.00
• Item #7 – Add (38) 3D furniture flex drop locations and (4) WAP’s. $44,273.00
• Item #8 - Change the (2) IDF Cabinets to 2-Post racks and vertical managers. $3,335.00
- Repair or replace the existing fiber optic data line to the general contractors site trailer due to ongoing connection issues. Cost includes a new fiber optic line if required, as this data may not be repairable, but the issue may be at the connections, which will be troubleshot prior. |
