Summary
:
Mountain View Los Altos High School District is requesting approval of Change Order #3A with Beals Martin:
- Furnish and install tiles per changes from bid set to DSA set
- Add moxie 1800 concrete admixture for slab and provide credit for vapor barrier installed under slab
- Furnish and install plate assemblies for beams in 4 locations
- Furnish and install plate assemblies for beams in 3 locations
- Furnish and install extension plates
- Furnish & install cap plates at 3 locations
- Changes from bid set to DSA set to upsize beams, add angle brace at moment frames, add beams on the roof, add columns at roof and bollards at scullery
- Remove SFRS designation
