Mountain View Los Altos High School District is requesting approval of Resolution 21/22-8 Joint Powers Authority Membership - School Project for Utility Rate Reduction (SPURR). Members of SPURR have the option of using the SPURR master contract with Erate rather than posting individual RFP’s for the procurement of Erate eligible equipment and services.
