Summary
:
The Cumming Group provides support services for the District's Measure E bond program. Rick Kramer will present an overview of these ongoing services and how program support services differ from construction management services for individual projects within the bond program. Program support services are billed on a time and materials basis, only as services are provided, with an annual not to exceed amount. The current billing rates are included in the attached agreement for the 2025-2026 fiscal year. These costs are within the approved Measure E budget under the line item for program management.
