Summary:

Mountain View Los Altos High School District is requesting Change Order #3L with Scapes, Inc. be ratified:
- Provide one 36" box tree, remove and replace existing concrete, and added irrigation work for the new tree added.
- Provide and install additional shrubs and irrigation systems to all areas under the stairway shown per RFI 453.

Funding:
