Summary: This time is reserved for any person to address the Board of Trustees on items scheduled for discussion on the Special Board Meeting agenda only.

Due to the shelter in place order instituted in Santa Clara county, members of the public are encouraged to submit their public comment via email to: superintendent.office@mvla.net. Public comments received via email will be electronically transmitted to the Board of Trustees.

Members of the public wishing to make public comment in person should note the meeting room will remain open during the meeting for those members of the public who wish to attend the meeting in person and/or make public comment. However, the Board may limit the number of individuals in the meeting room at any one time pursuant to guidance from public health officials. Presentations are limited to three minutes each, or a total of thirty minutes for all speakers or the three minute limit may be shortened. Speakers are not allowed to yield their time.
