Summary:

Mountain View Los Altos High School District is requesting Change Order #20A with Beals Martin be ratified:
- Setup scaffolding in both stairwell areas, for the electrician to install light fixtures and for the painter to complete painting. Scaffolding was removed to accommodate other activities while waiting for customized light fixtures (long lead item) delivery. In addition, Contractor shall install taping around light fixtures to eliminate the gap between the lights and the wall. This work is to be done via time and materials.
- Provide and install 2x2 maple wood at two locations in order to extend the counter and support the roll up door when the door is lowered. This work was unforeseen. Work is to be completed via time and materials.
- The seat wall footings were poured with a slight slope, per the plans, which will cause the seat walls to not be level. In order to level the seats, Contractor shall shim and grout underneath the seat walls. This work is to be completed via time and materials.
- Provide and install a glass guard rail at the second floor counter top at the student services building per Architect Supplemental Information #74.
