At special board meetings, Public Comment is limited to items listed on the meeting agenda. Public Comment will be given during the time the item is under consideration.
Anyone wishing to address the Board on the topic listed on the agenda, should make a request to the Board President by completing a Request To Be Heard form and present it to the Superintendent’s Executive Assistant. The President will recognize those who desire to speak during the agenda item.
Speakers are limited to up to three minutes each, or a total of thirty minutes for all speakers or the three-minute limit may be shortened. Speakers are not allowed to yield their time.
Board members may ask brief questions for clarification, but may not otherwise discuss the issue. The Board values constructive community comments and suggestions and welcomes your participation in the democratic process.
