Summary
:
Mountain View Los Altos High School District is requesting approval of Change Order #3D with Smith & Sons Electric:
- Furnish an additional (21) FSR FL-500P Floor boxes as shown on the preliminary furniture plan and as requested by the District. This is pricing for the floor boxes only, so that they can be ordered to avoid a long lead time
- Provide (1) additional Floor Plug Box per District request. This floor box was missed in PCO 021 since the initial furniture layout had missing dimensions which did not properly call out the floor box in the A105 Animation classroom
