Staff proposes approval of a new Board Policy and Administrative Regulation on the topic of Gender Identity and Access. The Board of Trustees received draft language for a first reading at the January 24, 2022, regular Board meeting, and had a subsequent review at the February 15, 2022, regular Board meeting. Staff have revised the language and present the final draft for Board approval.
