In accordance with requirements of the Education Code, State Board of Education, and the County Superintendent of Schools, the Governing Board of each school district is required to file annually, and/or when personnel changes occur, with the County Superintendent of Schools and the State of California resolutions authorizing signatures for all official documents, reports, and agreements for the school district.
