Mountain View Los Altos High School District is requesting approval
of the contract modification between Mountain View Los Altos High
School District and EnviroScience, Inc.
Amendment #1 - Extend air monitoring services from
original contract through May 2020 and provide one asbestos awareness training session
Amendment #2 - Extend air monitoring services from original contract through project completion; provide additional asbestos awareness training sessions; provide additional continuous dust monitoring and personal air sampling; conduct sampling and testing as required by Department of Toxic Substances Control; provide additional 24-hour monitoring as required by Bay Area Air Quality Management District; provide final reporting for all tests and monitoring activities
