Summary:
|
Mountain View Los Altos High School District is requesting Change Order #11D with General Lighting Service, Inc. be ratified:
- Furnish labor and materials to install a starter motor in the staff restroom due to design omission and resistance to ducting system.
- Furnish labor and materials to add custom wall cover plates for the AV projectors on the classroom project per District IT request due to bid set being passed through.
- Furnish labor and materials to provide and install WAP (Wireless Access Points) brackets for the Gym interior and exterior at building S per District request due to better signal.
- Provide material and labor to sack and patch North stairs at the locker room entrance per District request.
- Furnish labor and materials to relocate two beam detectors and supply two new ones in the gym at building T. Additional work to install three smoke detectors per design omission.
- Furnish labor and materials to remove the temporary power infrastructure and floor material to protect the floor in the gym per District request.
- Furnish labor and materials to provide power for the air compressor and filter for the technology building S per District request.
- Elevator room fire alarm device replacement due to water damage. Devices were not working after water damage event.
- Per District request gym beam cages added to fire alarm beams to prevent balls from sounding fire alarm if obstructed or stuck in detector.
