This time is reserved for any person to address the Board of Trustees on items scheduled for discussion during the Study Session only. These presentations are limited to three minutes each, or a total of thirty minutes for all speakers or the three minute limit may be shortened. Speakers are not allowed to yield their time.
Public Comment may be given in advance of the meeting by email to board.trustees@mvla.net. Emails received before noon on March 8, 2021, will be forwarded to the Board of Trustees and will be entered into the record for the meeting. IMPORTANT: Please indicate Study Session in the subject line of your email, and please include your first and last name within the body of your email.
Members of the public who would like to provide comments to the Board of Trustees and are unable to send an email to board.trustees@mvla.net, please call (650) 940-4650, ext. 0011 and leave your comments in a voice mail message before noon on March 8, 2021. Voice mail messages will be transcribed and forwarded to the Board of Trustees and will be entered into the record for the meeting. IMPORTANT: Please indicate Study Session at the beginning of your voice mail message, and include your first and last name in your message. (Please spell your name.) Staff capacity to receive and process messages may be limited and we encourage reserving telephone access for those who are unable to send email comments.
