Summary:

Mountain View Los Altos High School District is requesting Change Order #15A with Sausal Corporation be ratified:
- Overtime hours for shade install throughout the
classrooms and gymnasium to meet the school start
deadline, per District request.
- Provide material and labor to perform epoxy patchwork
repairs to the corridor between the gymnasium and
restroom addition. Damage was caused by construction
work demo to adjacent buildings.
- Provide painted school mascot logo on the main gym floor
at center court, per District request.
- Provide cradle extensions to multi-purpose gym basketball
systems to resolve sprinkler conflict issue.
- Provide framing, plywood boxes, and gusset plate
padding to structural steel posts in the Los Altos Gym to
prevent injury from students running into exposed
structural beams and posts.
