Summary:
|
Mountain View Los Altos High School District is requesting Change Order #14A with Sausal Corporation be ratified:
- Provide and install backing (top and bottom) for 32 markerboards and 32 tackboards at the locations shown in RFP. The contractor shall notify the Construction Manager prior to starting work and present the CM with a T&M tag to authorize and sign daily. Markerboards & tackboards will be provided and installed by others at a later date.
- Provide and install additional metal stud framing & drywall, that was not shown in the contract drawings, to cover the exposed beam along gridline A in the student union room (U101).
- Provide modifications at the head & jamb connection between curtainwall #11 and the sliding door due to a design discrepancy as described in RFI. Contractor to revise shop drawings and calculations accordingly for review and approval by DSA.
- Provide and install additional metal stud framing and drywall at curtain wall #7 as needed to frame-in a wall that is not detailed on the plans as discussed between the architect, construction manager, and contractor in the field and described in RFI.
