Summary
:
Mountain View Los Altos High School District is requesting Change Order #2D with McKim Corporation be ratified:
- Additional concrete and digging work at Mountain View due to an existing post and concrete larger than specified and breaking in hole when trying to remove.
- Added flush curbs due to existing 900 buildings footings at Los Altos due to grade issues shown on the sidewalk. Added seat walls and curbs to revise these existing issues and create planter walls and added landscaping areas.
- Provide temporary fencing at Los Altos to keep foot traffic off the sod until it takes to the soil to maintain the sod warranty period per District request.
- Additional concrete seat wall and curb at Los Altos 900 wing planter area to match PCO 22-extra concrete work.
