Summary
:
Mountain View Los Altos High School District is requesting approval of Change Order #13A between Mountain View Los Altos High School District and Beals Martin.
- Install additional roof saddles and flashing at wall, fascia, and at different intersections of the roof in all buildings
- Furnish and install paper towel and toilet tissue dispensers
- Furnish additional plates and field weld at walkways
- Furnish and install flashing along gridline D between gridline 7 and 9
- Reframe wall in front of exterior wall at elevator machine room
- Furnish and install beauty cover plate and bent plate along gridline E between 8 and 9 at the stairwell
- Modify framing for HVAC access panel in A203 and frame metal soffit
- Remove trim (furring) and install plywood on exterior of wall
- Furnish and install added signage
- Furnish collapsible bollards
- Furnish and install beauty plates under landing on stairs 2 and 3
