Summary:

Mountain View Los Altos High School District is requesting Change Order #8A with Beals Martin be ratified:
- Furnish and install 8 electrical hinges for the double doors (entry doors) at the Student Services Building, this will allow both pairs to be active. Hardware was not specified in the bid drawings.
- Furnish and install 12 signs (aluminum frame), per Architects Supplemental Information numbers: 38, 46, 47, at various locations. These signs were added after finalizing the room names and furniture with the District.
- Per glass manufacturers, in response to inflationary pressures, selling prices for multiple glass products have increased. The Student Services project has a 30% price increase for all the glass (202 pieces) since January 2021.
