Mountain View Los Altos High School District is requesting approval of Change Order #10D with General Lighting Service, Inc.:
- Provide power to bleachers in Aux Gym
- Power and data to 3D printers
- Raceway and cabling for split signal output
- Additional feeder cost
- ABM subcontractor wage escalation
- Raceway installation for dust collector controls
- Relocate beam detectors in Aux Gym
- Raceway and pull string install for additional window contacts
- Replace breakers with correct size in Building T
- Repair and replace damaged underground boxes
- Relocation of power and controls to new scoreboard in Aux Gym
- Reconfigure IDF cabinets
- Installation of Cat6A cables to second floor wireless access points
- Installation of USB & HDMI extenders in flex classrooms
- Installation of surface mounted lights over elevator doors
- Installation of ceiling mounted exit signs
- Demo conduit at canopy and old trophy case
- Installation of power to HVAC diffusers to flex classrooms
- Installation of power to split system at Building S IDF
- Additional labor to expedite schedule for classroom bldg. opening
