Staff recommends a professional development day for teachers on February 28, 2022. MVLA believes this pre-planning is one additional safeguard in our efforts to keep our campuses open.
In order to adjust to the increased need for testing and maintaining an on site educational program, staff is recommending an adjustment to the Spring 2022 calendar. The Winter break is held February 21-25, 2022. We plan to provide PCR testing at our District Office on Thursday and Friday of this week, February 24 and 25, as well as on Monday February 28, 2022. We also plan on providing antigen tests as available. Staff will participate in on site professional development on February 28, 2022, and will test on one of the three days provided prior to return. Students will return to campus on March 1, 2022.
