Summary
:
As a condition of receiving apportionments under Section 41850.1, a local educational agency shall develop a plan describing the transportation services it will offer to its pupils. The plan must be adopted by the Governing Board by April 1, 2023. The template attached was developed by the County Office. The first year's plan is intended to address both the current transportation program in 2022-2023 fiscal/school year and describes the prioritized transportation services it will offer to its identified pupils in the 2023-2024 fiscal/school year.
Funding

Approximately $413,230.40 reimbursed from the State for transportation costs for 2022-2023 and $505,733.00 for 2023-2024.
