Summary
:
Mountain View Los Altos High School District is requesting approval of Change Order #4D with General Lighting Service for services related to the Los Altos High School New Classrooms, Engineering Lab, and Auxiliary Gym Project. Change Order #4D is needed as a result of DSA-approved Set changes and Building 500 conduit and cabling re-route per RFI 50 due to an unforeseen conflict with Building R.
