Summary
:
The bids for the LAHS and MVHS facility repairs projects came in higher than anticipated, resulting in the combined project costs being $15.2 million over the currently approved budget. Staff will provide an update on remaining Measure E projects, options for reallocation of funds, (including reimbursement from state funding) and resulting budget adjustments.

$27 million in Measure E Bond Funds $30 million in anticipated School Facility Program (SFP) funds
Recommendation
:
Approve the Measure E budget adjustment to utilize the remaining $27 million of bond eligibility to cover the costs of the remaining modernization projects and use SFP funds to reimburse the bond program.
