Summary:
|
Mountain View Los Altos High School District is requesting Change Order #7C with MK Pipelines be ratified:
- Facilities Repairs Inc 1: Provide the required utility locating, labor, material, and equipment to sawcut & demo concrete shown on the plans for the new water line installation outside of 300 West Wing. The contractor shall also chlorinate the new water line as part of the testing requirements.
- Facilities Repairs Inc 1: Provide trench plates for a 2-month rental duration to be installed between the 300 West and 800 Wings as needed to secure the trench as the installation of new water line
continues. The cost includes delivery and pickup. Utilizing Allowance worth of $2,760.00 from (C2) Trench Plates
- Facilities Repairs Inc 1: Provide overtime for a 5-man crew on Saturday, October 19th 2024, as needed to complete the water line cut & cap and backfill & compaction to maintain the construction schedule
- Facilities Repairs Inc 1: Provide the required labor, material, and equipment for investigative work to locate the existing live water line.
