Summary:
|
This partnership agreement is for Department of Rehabilitation, Transition Partnership Program, a Cooperative Contract designed to jointly serve the mutual clients of the Department of Rehabilitation administered through the San Jose Office and the Cooperative Agency, Mountain View Los Altos Union High School District through the combining of resources, from fiscal year 2022 - 2025. A total of 60 students will be served each school year and will receive a variety of transition services.
