Summary:

The Mountain View Los Altos High School District Governing Board of Trustees adopted the 2026-27 school year calendar along with the District Teachers Association Tentative Agreement. Note observance of Presidents' Days on dates which differ from Education code 37220, subdivision (a) andrevisions in Education Code 37220 subdivision e) allows the Governing Board to revise the date that schools close in observance of any holiday except for Veteran's Day identified in subdivision (a) through the adoption of a resolution and observance of the chosen holidays on the days designated will least affect student average daily attendance and the budget plan of the District
