Mountain View Los Altos High School District is requesting Change Order #3A with Sausal Corporation be ratified:
- The proposed cost changes the bid set drawings related to the translucent wall panels. Originally, these were noted as steel hollow metal panels shown in key notes which changed to aluminum frames, per the design intent, which were improperly noted.
- Revise door and door hardware at the counseling office due to a discrepancy discovered on the reflected ceiling plan. The conflict identifies a 1” height difference between the door and actual ceiling height that requires a different lower door specified at this location and a credit is covered in this cost for the previous door material specified. Door #U123 was changed to Type F Door at this location.
