Summary:

Mountain View Los Altos High School District is requesting Change Order #10A with Beals Martin be ratified:
- Provide labor and materials to frame for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing penetrations through structural load bearing interior shear walls in the digital media and English classroom.
- Provide labor and materials to frame for exterior wall hydrant (hose connection) penetrations through structural load bearing exterior shear walls at (7) locations on all classrooms.
- Provide labor and materials in order to provide proper support for the roof drains at (3) locations.
- Provide labor and materials to frame for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing penetrations through structural load bearing interior shear walls in the film, design, and animation classrooms.
- Provide labor and materials to frame for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing penetrations through structural load bearing interior shear walls in the recording and photo studio classrooms.
- Provide labor, materials, and equipment in order to add interior framing (studs, track) to fur out the wall (the act of adding extra framing to a structure to give it additional depth) on the south wall of the electrical room for the recording and photo studio building.
