Summary:

Mountain View Los Altos High School District is requesting Change Order #3D with Best Electrical be ratified:
- Furnish & install a 30 Amp, 277 V branch circuit from panel HM1 to heat trace controller. This is due to reaching maximum cabling length, so a separate circuit is added to meet manufacturer requirements.
- Furnish & install of keyless door hardware for added door to counselor’s office, per District request.
- Trench and install 1” conduit, pull box, and backfill for future EV charging stations at NW corner of the
building, per District request. District opted to include underground infrastructure work now rather than after construction for cost savings/efficiency. Additional EV charge stations installation schedule and funding source is to be determined.
- Replace 1 double duplex receptacle with two single locking receptacles in 2 IDF rooms, with an added circuit at each, per District IT request.
