This time is reserved for any person to address the Board of Trustees on items scheduled for discussion during Closed Session only.
Members of the public are strongly encouraged to submit public comment in advance of the meeting to board.trustees@mvla.net. Emails received before 4:00 p.m. on June 8, 2020, will be forwarded to the Board of Trustees. All emails received will be entered into the record for the meeting. IMPORTANT: Please identify the Agenda Item number in the subject line of your email, and please include your first and last name within the body of your email.
Members of the public who would like to provide comments to the Board of Trustees and are unable to send an email to board.trustees@mvla.net, please call (650) 940-4650, ext. #0011, and leave your comments in a voice mail message before 4:00 p.m. on June 8, 2020. Voice mail messages will be transcribed and forwarded to the Board of Trustees and will be entered into the record for the meeting. IMPORTANT: Please identify the Agenda Item number at the beginning of your voice mail message and include your first and last name in your message. (Please spell your name.) Staff capacity to receive and process messages may be limited and we encourage reserving telephone access for those who are unable to send email comments.
