Summary:

Mountain View Los Altos High School District is requesting Change Order #2L with Scapes, Inc. be ratified:
- Provide tree, shrubs, irrigation, and concrete for the classroom courtyard per District request.
- Replace backflow preventer which was stolen from storage site area for the classroom project per District request.
- Add Visqueen (polyethylene plastic sheeting) under bioswale at the classroom project in areas which are not shown on the plans.
- Add neighbor tree screening along the East drive for privacy screening. Furnish labor, equipment, and materials to add fifteen Cypress trees at 12 ft, includes off-haul, soil amendments, irrigation system, removal of boulders and one existing Elm tree per District request.
- Added landscape to existing pool area on the classroom project per District request.
- Added planter wall detail on the classroom project per District request. |
