Summary:

Mountain View Los Altos High School District is requesting Change Order #9D with Cupertino Electric be ratified:
- Provide all labor, equipment, and material to complete the electrical changes in the 200 & 300 wing classroom as described in RFI 66 as follows: 1. Replace 3000 series wiremold with 4000 series (dual service for data/power) at the additional locations shown on the map to accommodate the Tel/data feed to the IDF room that was not shown on the contract drawings but was discovered when the existing wiremold was removed. 2. Relocate (74) existing electrical boxes to align with the new wiremold installation. 3.Remove (46) existing tel/data boxes no longer in use.
- Provide the labor and material needed to add homerun conduit for the canopy lights leading to building J300 electrical room.
- Furnish and install inverter to support the canopy lights for building J300. |
