Mountain View Los Altos High School District is requesting Change Order #7A with Sausal Corporation be ratified:
- Time and material with equipment to clean up jobsite in preparation for site scaffolding, temporary stairs to second floor and upcoming work around the building perimeter.
- Unforeseen cost escalation for stainless steel raw materials needed for the metal entrance floor grates. The increased cost represents the difference between the price quoted at bid time and the current stainless steel market costs. Also, the cost has been revised to include sales tax that was not accounted for in the original quote from the steel supplier.
- Provide labor, equipment, and materials to install additional framing and connections at storefront CW9 that was not shown in the structural details. |
