Summary:
|
Mountain View Los Altos High School District is requesting Change Order #4D with Best Electrical be ratified:
- Per District request, Contractor shall replace original specified IDF cabinet (2) with floor mounted 2 post rack, and provide CAT6A cabling at all (13) wireless access points in lieu of regular CAT6 per ASI 27.7
- Per District request, a copy machine, refrigerator and a coffee machine will be placed in the staff work room, therefore Contractor shall modify electrical requirements per RFP 6; furnish & install 2 dedicated receptacles to copy machine & refrigerator, 3 ground fault circuit interrupter for coffee machine/appliances (placed on counter) and a dedicated 208v circuit for insta hot water for the added sink
- Per District request, Contractor shall add a total of 29 data outlets & cabling in admin and office areas, 1 exterior speaker and 3 mounting brackets for LCD display monitors. Cost includes material, labor to install and test items once completed
- The electrical/telecom/signal shall be rerouted to stay within the required (manufacturers recommendation) length of cabling. Contractor shall furnish and install a new IDF cabinet, reroute conduits and terminate 18 security cabling at the new IDF, add power board, battery enclosure & Lenel intelligent controller per RFI 176.2 |
