Mountain View Los Altos High School District students recognize that the climate crisis is a global emergency and that current human activities have devastated ecosystems, caused many of the destructive natural phenomena seen today, and impacted the health of students in various ways. The global impact, urgency, and magnitude of the challenge of addressing climate change calls for leadership in all sectors of society, all institutions, and all elected leaders.
