Mountain View Los Altos High School District is requesting Contract Amendment #4 with RGM Kramer, Inc. be approved:
- Interim adjustment of general conditions allowance from $950,000 to $1,050,000, a $100,000 increase, needed to manage the extended construction schedule from April 2023 to August 2023 as a result of: PG&E scheduling delays in their self-performed work, continuous storms interrupting sitework and preventing final completion of construction, and additional scope of work along with punch-list and final closeout. Final reconciliation of general conditions and CM fee will occur upon completion of construction. |
