Mountain View Los Altos High School District is requesting Change Order #12A with Sausal Corporation be ratified:
- Request for payment for extra work by Sausal Corporation based on claim that all of the welds of reinforcing bars to steel column base plates were not adequately shown in documents (“Claim”). The Claim was disputed in its entirety by MVLA High School District. Solely to avoid the District and Sausal incurring further expense in resolving the Claim, District has agreed to pay $55,000 to Sausal in full and final resolution of the Claim. |
