At the January 13, 2020, Board of Trustees Meeting, the Board adopted the calendar establishing regular Board meetings for the 2020 calendar year. Conflicts have arisen with two of the scheduled meetings: the meeting scheduled for September 28, 2020, falls on Yom Kippur; and the October 12, 2020, meeting falls on a recess day approved after adoption of the board calendar. Staff recommends the September 28th meeting be moved to October 5th, and the October 12th meeting be cancelled. |
