Jack Schreder & Associates, Inc. will provide an updated Developer Fee Justification Study for 2026. The study will be documented to provide the District with the justification necessary to levy developer fees as authorized by Education Code Section 17620. The report will comply with any new legislative requirements to date, including SB 1693 and AB 3081 requirements. The most recent Developer Fee Justification Study was last completed in 2020. |
